KDS Imaging collects images and video through ground based cameras and drones (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, UAVs). All images captured by drones are treated as CCTV and are covered by GDPR guidelines issued by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). KDS Imaging Ltd are registered with the ICO (registration no. In line with these guidelines, if you are concerned that you or your property have been captured by KDS Imaging Ltd without permission, please contact us with your name, location and time of event and we will endeavour to remove or modify any images inadvertently captured by us.
Please note that a drone near your property does not necessarily mean that we are recording. To keep inline with GDPR guidelines and minimise the data we store, we only record images necessary for the work we have been commissioned for.
